My first name is David and I am from Walhalla, SC. I went to USC for my undergraduate degree and Clemson for my M.Ed. in School Counseling. I love to spend time with my friends and family on the weekends. I speak Spanish and love to travel!

I am originally from Albany, NY and I went to graduate school at Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, VA. I have been teaching for 5 years and have school counselor licenses in Virginia, NY, and SC. I have worked in various counseling settings in NY, ME, VA, and SC. I am the community service chair for the Virginia Tech Alumni and a Disaster Mental Health volunteer for the American Red Cross. I also play soccer in an adult league in Columbia. I was the JV girls soccer coach for Mid-Carolina last year and will be the varsity girls soccer coach this coming Spring. I am proud to be a member of the MCMS family and cannot wait to have another wonderful school year!
